Mr Pramananda Dhital currently serves as the Examination and Assessment Convener and Rovers Club Adviser at the College, roles he has held since 2021. He has also rendered several years of dedicated service as Secretary of Disaster Management of the College, contributing actively to institutional coordination and student support initiatives. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sikkim University, India, with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the same University.

Mr Dhital has published research papers at both national and international levels on topics such as “Work-Life Balance in the Banking Sector,” “Great Qualities of a 21st-Century Tutor: A Student’s and Tutor’s Perspective,” and “Role of Banks in the Bhutanese Economy.” His work reflects sustained engagement with issues in economics, education, and organisational management.
Alongside his administrative responsibilities, he brings strong subject expertise and research insight to his teaching, mentoring, and academic engagements. He teaches a range of subjects in economics and statistics. As Rovers Adviser, he plays an active role in fostering student leadership, community service, and holistic development, helping create a supportive and inclusive campus environment.
Through his blend of academic scholarship, institutional leadership, and commitment to student growth, Mr Dhital remains a valued member of the College community.
