With over 35 years of dedicated service in Bhutan’s education sector, Chogyal Tenzin brings a wealth of experience to Norbuling Rigter College as the Head of Student Services and Quality Assurance. A seasoned educational leader, he has served as Principal for 24 years, overseeing the growth of multiple institutions, and has played a pivotal role in national education reforms through his tenure at the Royal Education Council (His Majesty’s Secretariat) and the Bhutan Council for School Examinations and Assessment. He also served as Chief Programme Officer at the Office of the Gyalpoi Zimpon and as Professional Manager at the Armed Forces School Project.
