The Norbuling Rigter College (NRC) Board is the apex governing body of the College, responsible for providing strategic direction, oversight, and governance in line with the vision, mission, and values of the institution.
The Board plays a key role in ensuring that the College functions with academic integrity, financial responsibility, and institutional accountability. It supports the long-term development of NRC by guiding policy decisions, approving strategic plans, and monitoring overall institutional performance.
The NRC Board works closely with the College management to ensure compliance with the regulatory and academic frameworks of the Royal University of Bhutan and other external agencies, while also promoting quality assurance, good governance, and continuous improvement across academic and administrative functions.
