Set amidst fresh pine forests and open green landscapes, Norbuling Rigter College (NRC) offers a peaceful and inspiring learning environment. The campus lies at the confluence of two rivers flowing from the sacred sites of Chumphu Nye and Ra-Goed Nye in Paro, creating a setting marked by natural beauty, clean water, and quiet serenity. Spread across a large expanse of land along the Doteng River, the College provides a distraction-free campus that supports focused learning and a strong sense of community. Approved by the Tertiary Education Board of Bhutan and affiliated with the Royal University of Bhutan, NRC is proud to be Bhutan’s second private college, combining a serene natural setting with a credible academic environment.
