Norbuling Rigter College (NRC) is a Grade “A” accredited higher education institution, recognised by the Bhutan Quality and Professionals Certification Authority (BQPCA) under the Ministry of Education and Skills Development, Bhutan.
This accreditation reflects the College’s strong performance across key areas, including academic quality, governance and leadership, teaching and learning practices, infrastructure, and student support services. It was awarded following a rigorous evaluation of the College’s academic programmes, faculty qualifications, learning resources, and quality assurance systems.
