He holds a Master’s degree in Linguistics from the University of Delhi and a Bachelor’s degree in Language and Literature from the College of Language and Culture Studies, Royal University of Bhutan. His academic interests extend to linguistic analysis and language documentation, with hands-on experience using tools such as Praat software and Dzongkha Unicode.
Professionally, he has served as a Fixed-term Assistant Lecturer at the College of Science and Technology, Royal University of Bhutan. His leadership journey includes roles such as College Student Councillor, media club secretary, basketball team captain, and team leader for national environmental advocacy programmes.
