Dr. Tandin Dorji of Norbuling Rigter College presenting the findings of a project review titled “Virtual Zomdu: Bringing Parliament to the People” on 14 March 2018 in the Gyalyong Tshogkhang conference hall. The session was chaired by the Honorable Speaker of the Parliament and attended by the Honorable members of the National Assembly and officials from UNDP, DITT and NA Secretariat. The study was conducted with UNDP funding by Norbuling Rigter College.
