The President welcomed the faculty and staff of Norbuling Rigter College for the July 2019 to June 2020 academic session. He thanked and acknowledged the contributions made by the faculty and staff to the college which led the College to receiving Fabulous Institution award at the World Education Congress in Mumbai on 4 July 2019. The President also shared his expectations from the faculty and staff to take the college to the next level by taking meaningful strides and contributing to the life of the students in the College.
